A non-refundable deposit secures your order and production slot. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm dimensions, cord colour, delivery, and any bespoke details before production begins.
The remaining balance, including any bespoke additions or delivery charges, will be invoiced prior to dispatch.
